I was really having trouble with the mobile version of Notion. Notis makes that a lot easier and more ergonomic. Flo gave me a great on boarding and for the few things that came up later was available to explain

What problems is Notis.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? I hate to use the Notion mobile app; I was using Apple Notes even if I'm a Notion user on my desktop. What problems is Notis.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? This beats Apple notes because I can use my voice and have access to my existing content. 1 - Using your voice to interact with Notion is genius. Especially when I'm not at the office. 2 - It has access to everything I store in Notion, so it can write how I would. 3 - It is so f***king versatile: transcribe notes, and meetings, scan my expenses business cards, copywrite articles, social media stuff, and on and on and on.1 - It comes with everything you need, even if you're a first-time Notion user. 4 - It comes with everything you need, even if you're a first-time Notion user.

My biggest productivity pain point before Notis was definitely capturing fleeting thoughts and ideas, especially when I was away from my computer. I'd have a brilliant idea in the car, or a key takeaway from a quick chat, and by the time I got back to my Notion setup, it would either be gone or I'd waste so much time trying to type it out on my phone, often in a clunky way. Then there was the hassle of organizing those scattered notes later. Notis has been a lifesaver for this. Now, I can just send a voice note or a quick text to Notis through WhatsApp, and bam, it's transcribed, and more often than not, intelligently filed into the right database in my Notion. It's taken away that friction of capturing information. No more lost ideas, and far less time spent on manual data entry and organization. My Notion is actually more up-to-date because it's so easy to add to it on the fly. I think the 'aha!' moment, when I realized Notis was a game-changer, was the first time I dictated a fairly complex meeting summary on my walk back to the office. I just spoke naturally, sent it off, and when I opened Notion, there it was – almost perfectly transcribed and already linked to the relevant project page I'd set up. The time and mental energy saved in that single instance were huge. My favorite feature has to be the seamless voice-to-Notion transcription via chat apps. It's just so incredibly convenient. I live in WhatsApp for quick comms, so being able to just fire off a voice note to Notis without switching apps or context is brilliant. The fact that it can also understand some context to help categorize things in Notion is a massive bonus. My onboarding was actually pretty smooth and straightforward. Setting up the Notion integration was quick, and I was able to start sending notes within minutes. As for Flo, I haven't personally interacted with someone by that name from the Notis team during my onboarding or for support. The initial setup was intuitive enough that I didn't need much hand-holding, and the resources I found online were helpful for any minor questions I had. So, while I can't speak about Flo specifically, my overall experience getting started was positive and hassle-free.
